The story behind Bradford's independent travel specialists
What began in 2008 as a modest shopfront on Manningham Lane has grown into something we're genuinely proud of. Our founder, having spent fifteen years working for large tour operators, saw an opportunity to offer something different: personal service that puts people before profit margins.
The travel industry has changed dramatically since then. Online booking has become the norm, but we've found that many travellers still value speaking to someone who has actually been to the places they're recommending. Our consultants don't just read brochures—they explore destinations themselves, building relationships with local guides and hotel managers that benefit our clients directly.
Today, we serve thousands of travellers each year from our Bradford office. Some are locals planning their annual holiday; others find us through recommendations and travel from across the UK to use our services. Each booking receives the same attention, whether it's a weekend in the Cotswolds or a month-long journey through Southeast Asia.
Three principles guide everything we do
Before suggesting destinations, we take time to understand what you're hoping to experience. A beach holiday means different things to different people.
We explain exactly what's included, what's optional, and what the total cost will be. No hidden fees discovered at checkout.
Your consultant remains available before, during, and after your trip. Problems at 2am in a foreign country? We answer.
Our team brings diverse backgrounds and travel experiences. Collectively, we've visited over 90 countries across six continents.
We recognise that tourism impacts local communities and environments. While we can't claim to be perfect, we're constantly working to improve how we operate.
Where possible, we partner with locally-owned accommodations and tour operators. We encourage our clients to consider train travel for European trips when practical. Our office runs on renewable energy, and we offset the carbon from our staff familiarisation trips.
We're also members of the Travel Foundation, contributing to projects that help destinations manage tourism sustainably. It's an ongoing journey, but one we're committed to taking seriously.
Whether you know exactly where you want to go or need inspiration, we're here to help.
